- All of our staff will strictly follow all provincial health and safety guidelines, sanitize before entering the property and will wear a face mask for the duration of the appointment.
- We ask that you please provide lockbox access to properties whenever possible.
- All properties must be fully prepared ahead of the appointment and should be vacated, meaning NO ONE should stay inside the property when our staff arrives.
- If the guidelines are not followed, your appointment may be cancelled and a minimum $50 cancellation/rebooking fee may incur.
